Ownership

All content on the website is the property of Art Collect ® Store and is protected by copyright, design rights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual property rights. Website content includes, but is not limited to: models, photographs, videos, images, illustrations, and texts. Use of the website and its contents, including copying or storage for anything other than personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without prior written permission from Art Collect ® Store. It is also forbidden to alter, distribute, or republish any content. All rights are reserved worldwide.

Prices

All orders are subject to acceptance by the company and availability of the products. Orders will be billed at the price in effect at the time of the order and in Euros.

Delivery

Our goal is to deliver your order within 7 to 9 business days, unless another date has been agreed. All products are presumed in stock unless otherwise stated. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you by email and provide an updated delivery timeframe.

We are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping. Once delivered, the product becomes your property and responsibility.

Delivery Method

All deliveries require a signature. Someone must be present to receive the package. In case of absence, a notice will be left by the courier service, allowing you to reschedule or pick up the package at the nearest depot.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return a product (for refund or exchange) within 14 days from the order date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

If all return conditions are met, 80% of the item’s value will be refunded within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping and customs duties will not be refunded.

For exchanges, a new product will be sent after receipt of the original item. You must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by contacting us via email. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of your return package.

We recommend using insured, trackable shipping. Returns are not accepted if the item was used, the packaging is missing, or the condition is not perfect. Authenticity tags must remain attached.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Late or unidentifiable returns will not be processed.

Only the artist has final authority to accept returns and issue refunds.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
– Stock is insufficient.
– Delivery is not possible to the selected address.

You will be informed by email and refunded within 30 days. No additional compensation will be provided.

Claims

Claims must be sent by email to info@artcollect.store after contacting customer service. All deliveries must be inspected. Any damage must be noted at delivery and reported within 48 hours by email.

Complaints

If you’re not satisfied with a product or service, contact us at info@artcollect.store. We will respond within 4 business days and seek resolution within 14 days.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with applicable laws.

Commitment

If you do not receive your products within 9 days, please inform us within 14 days of ordering. We are not liable for delays once the package is in the carrier’s hands. If the product is incorrect, damaged, or the quantity is wrong, notify us within 7 days.

Severability

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our pricing, delivery policy, and privacy policy, form the full agreement between us. Any oral information does not override these terms.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by force majeure (strikes, internal conflicts, system breakdown, flood, fire, accident, etc.).

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
