Born in 1973 in northern France, Thierry Mordant is a surrealist artist with a multifaceted talent: illustrator, graphic designer, painter and creator of whimsical universes, he captivates with his original, humorous and distinctly offbeat personality. A graduate of the École Supérieure des Arts Appliqués in Roubaix, he moved to the South of France in 1991 and entered the world of Galerie Pictural in Monaco. Three years later, he designed his first postage stamp for the Principality. In 2005, he reached a form of consecration by illustrating the official stamps bearing the effigy of Prince Albert II.
A versatile, boundary-breaking artist, he embraces all mediums, formats and techniques: acrylic painting, drawing, sculpture, graphic design… nothing escapes him. Thierry Mordant has exhibited internationally and has received multiple awards for his work. Celebrities such as Michael Jackson, Tina Turner and Marc Lévy own pieces signed by his hand. His unmistakable style and his ability to surprise make him a truly singular artist.
