Born in Cannes on January 27, 1986, Loélia Lange embodies the elegance of a multifaceted path, shaped by both gourmet creation and artistic sensibility. From her brilliantly completed pastry studies onward, she revealed a keen sense of detail and a contagious passion. At the age of 21, she opened her own pastry shop in her hometown, infusing each creation with a visual and gustatory poetry. Her talent quickly caught the attention of the press — from ELLE Magazine to Nice-Matin — all praising her refined and inventive desserts.
During two editions of the Salon du Chocolat in Cannes, Loélia gave free rein to her imagination by collaborating with a fashion designer to create a spectacular chocolate dress. This ephemeral work, at the crossroads of art and haute couture, left a lasting impression and confirmed her instinct for staging, material, and surprise. Her dedication and excellence were rewarded with a nomination for the Mercure d’Or, a national distinction awarded by the Chamber of Commerce.
